Air dry systems

Air dry systems allow for numerous coatings to be added.  This is particularly helpful when final touch-ups are required on-site; second coats can be applied after the installation of the part.  This is a benefit when welding or drilling may be a requirement of the item.

After the paint is applied, items are left to dry naturally. At J Hambleton Ltd we are able to spray both epoxy and polyurethane systems, depending on the substrate and environment.

Epoxy systems are particularly beneficial whereby exposure to chemicals is likely; corrosion protection is a key benefit of this application.  Polyurethane systems are high-gloss, and are recommended for items which are likely to be exposed to the elements.

We are happy to discuss your requirements and make recommendations as to the appropriate air-dry system for your project.
